Grace Chong Li Ying

Grace spent fifteen years as a group company secretary for Bursa Main Market issuers before joining Candid Bureau to build its governance practice.

She runs board and committee effectiveness reviews, drafts the charters and constitutions that survive a regulator's read, and leads group reorganisations where the structure has to satisfy the tax position, the lenders and the family all at once.

Grace is a Fellow of the Chartered Governance Institute and sits on a technical committee of the Malaysian institute for company secretaries.
