Daniel Wong Chee Meng

Daniel manages the firm's day-to-day regulatory correspondence and the sequencing of licence files. He trained as a lawyer and spent six years in the compliance function of a licensed payments firm before joining Candid Bureau.

He drafts the submissions, keeps the query log, and makes sure nothing goes to a regulator without the client's sign-off. Clients rely on him for the unglamorous discipline that keeps an application moving.

Daniel is a Certified Compliance Professional and has supported licence applications across e-money, remittance and digital banking.
