Aisyah Kamaruddin

Aisyah runs the transaction advisory practice. She spent eight years in the deal advisory team of a global firm, on buy-side and sell-side mandates across consumer, industrial and healthcare.

At Candid Bureau she leads financial due diligence and valuations for founders and boards who want the findings that move the price surfaced early — while there is still room to act on them. She reads a data room the way the other side's lawyers will.

Aisyah is a CFA charterholder and a member of the ACCA.
